Российская певица Лариса Долина refuses to vacate her sold apartment in Khamovniki, Moscow, until December 30, despite the request of the buyer, Polina Lurie.
Conflict Over Apartment
According to Anastasia Sviridenko, Lurie’s lawyer, Dolina’s representatives stated that they intend to move out no earlier than January 5. The conflict began after the Moscow City Court ordered Dolina, her daughter, and granddaughter to vacate the apartment, which was sold to Lurie, recognizing the further residence of the artist as illegal.

- The Moscow City Court ruled that Dolina’s continued residence in the apartment was illegal and ordered her to vacate the premises.
- The Supreme Court of Russia confirmed Lurie’s ownership of the apartment on December 16, noting that Dolina had no legal grounds for living there.

- An apartment in Moscow with an area of 51 sq. m.
- Two land plots with residential buildings with an area of 656 and 363 sq. meters.
In addition, Dolina’s daughter, registered in the disputed apartment, has housing in the Moscow region.
Previous Case of Fraud
Recall that in the summer of last year, Dolina stated that she had become a victim of scammers. According to investigators, for several months, criminals convinced the singer to transfer funds to safe accounts
and then formalize the sale of an apartment in the center of Moscow.
