Golden Lada Niva Sport: an exclusive color for Russian SUVs
In Tolyatti, the production of Lada Niva Sport in a new, very unusual color - matte gold - has begun. This color, according to rumors, received the factory name "Rally". A photo of the SUV in this new shade was taken at the flagship Lada Sport dealership in Tolyatti - a salon specializing exclusively in sports versions of the brand.
The first car in this color was reportedly painted on April 30 at the former AVTOVAZ OPP facilities, and assembly was completed after the holidays – on May 12. It is worth noting that serial production of Niva Sport is carried out by Lada Sport LLC, located next to the paint shop.
Until now, only the basic palette of cars, including metallic red, has been offered for sale. If the information is confirmed, "Rally" will be the first non-standard paint option for serial versions of Niva Sport. The new color is expected to attract the attention of fans of the brand and become a visual calling card of the "sporty Niva" - just as the "hot" metallic red did in its time.
