YADRO Opens Access to Testing New GPU Servers

Russian company YADRO has announced the launch of a demonstration testing program for its new server platform based on the GPU server G4208P G3. As part of the program, the servers are being tested in real IT infrastructures of YADRO's key technology partners.

The perfect platform for AI tasks

The high-performance YADRO G4208P G3 server, implemented in a 4U form factor, is designed for data centers and companies with serious computing tasks. It can accommodate up to eight double-width GPUs (PCIe 5.0 x16) with a power consumption of up to 450 W. The platform can be equipped with NVIDIA accelerators with an NVLink Bridge, as well as two Intel Xeon Sapphire Rapids or Emerald Rapids processors with a TDP of up to 350 W and up to 8 TB of DDR5-5600 ECC RDIMM/LRDIMM ECC RAM (32 DIMM slots).

Features of G4208P G3

The G4208P G3 server also features up to 12 drives (8 × SAS/SATA, 4 × SAS/SATA/NVMe) with the ability to install an HBA/RAID controller, four 1/2.5GbE RJ45 ports, a dedicated BMC management port (1GbE RJ45), 11 PCIe 5.0 x16 FHFL slots and 1 OCP 3.0 slot (PCIe 5.0 x8). The power system is represented by four power supplies (3+1) with a capacity of 2700 W each.

YADRO positions this server as an ideal solution for training, retraining and inference of modern AI models. It allows enterprises to create their own AI infrastructure within the framework of on-premise deployments.

Wide range of applications

YADRO has identified a number of key application areas for the G4208P G3: healthcare (medical image analysis and AI-based diagnostics), the financial sector (risk assessment and big data processing), industrial enterprises (automation of production and process control), scientific and educational institutions (modeling and research), and the media and gaming industry.

Successful completion of internal tests

According to YADRO, the platform has successfully passed a series of internal tests in the company's laboratory, including load tests for AI scenarios and thermal validation, demonstrating stable operation under high computing load. Currently, the G4208P G3 server is being registered in the Unified Register of Russian Radio-Electronic Products (URRRP) of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Demo testing is available

YADRO offers everyone the opportunity to take part in the platform demo testing program. To apply and get acquainted with the technical characteristics of the G4208P G3 server, you must visit the official YADRO website.
