The first match will take place at Fisht Stadium in Sochi on May 28 at 19:30 Moscow time. The return match will take place at Nizhny Novgorod Stadium in Paris NN's hometown on May 31 at 17:00 Moscow time.

Pari NN finished the season in the Russian championship in 13th place with 27 points. Sochi, having scored 57 points, took fifth place in the second league. Chernomorets, which finished in third place, did not receive a license to play in the RPL, opening the way for Sochi to the play-off matches.
