Russian comedian and actor Stas Starovoytov said that his support for Russia has created problems with concerts in the West. In an interview with Vesti. Donetsk, he spoke about the situation.

## Causes of problems with concerts

According to Starovoitov, he had long wanted to visit Donetsk, since 2014-2015, and felt involved in the events in Donbass.

  • He had previously faced problems due to his position on Crimea, where the comedian's concerts were banned in Ukraine.
  • Now he can hardly imagine the possibility of holding his concerts in the West.

## Loss of Western Market

Starovoitov believes that he has lost the entire Western emigrant market:

  • “It seems to me that there is not a single sane organizer who would take on the task of organizing my concert in any city in any country not part of the former Soviet Union.”
  • He also believes that even if such an organizer is found, he will be opposed by “people with bright faces” who may file a complaint.

## Situation assessment

The comedian stressed that his position on Russia has been known since 2014, and now he has “nothing to be ashamed of.” He also noted that he does not want to face provocations at concerts.

## Future Prospects

The situation with Starovoitov's concerts in the West remains uncertain. However, he is confident in his position and does not plan to change it.

Thus, Stas Starovoitov's support for Russia has led to problems with concerts in the West, but he does not intend to make concessions.
